Eze began his early real estate career with T'Billion Construction, one of Abuja's foremost developers. His work reflects a deep understanding of the complexities of the industry, including acquisition — ranging from capital structuring during his time as Director of Strategic Business Development at Misterich Limited, to handling project execution, navigating market shifts, and creating a competitive edge.
He has led the development and commercialization of multiple residential projects comprising 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units — with a focus on functionality, durability, and long-term investment value. Through flexible off-plan models, he has also created accessible entry points for investors seeking to participate in real estate development.
What distinguishes Eze is his resilience and long-term orientation. Having navigated the pressures that come with building in a demanding environment, he has developed a disciplined approach centered on execution, transparency, and continuous improvement. His philosophy is simple: real estate is not built on promises, but on consistency and delivery over time.
Through multiple subsidiaries, he is advancing into a new phase of growth — focused on elevated design standards, stronger capital partnerships, and the development of premium residential assets that align with global expectations.

As the Co-Founder of Blackwall Developers and a principal executive at Ol'clare Real Estate & Facility Management, he leads the conception, structuring, and execution of residential and mixed-use developments designed to combine architectural sophistication with long-term commercial performance. His work spans site acquisition strategy, joint venture structuring, investor relations, development planning, sales execution, and project delivery — transforming underutilized opportunities into high-value, income-generating assets.
With experience cutting across real estate development, investment advisory, human capital systems, digital operations, and UI/UX technology design, Prince brings a uniquely integrated approach to modern development. His ability to merge design thinking, operational structure, market positioning, and investor-focused execution has positioned him as part of a new generation of African developers building beyond conventional real estate models.
Beyond active development projects, Prince is deeply involved in development research and institutional collaboration. He has contributed to initiatives connected with the Africa Development Studies Center and the Douglas Development Institute, Isle of Man — engagements focused on sustainable development systems, investment ecosystems, urban growth strategy, and innovation-led economic transformation across Africa.
He is also the initiator behind the Blackwall Design & Development Trust (BDDT), a forward-facing initiative established to bridge architecture, development thinking, urban design, innovation, and future city conversations within Africa's evolving built environment. Through BDDT, he advocates for intentional development culture, design intelligence, and socially conscious infrastructure growth.
In parallel, he leads the FØR Architecture Project — a conceptual architecture and design movement focused on minimalist modernism, spatial identity, intentional living, and emotionally intelligent architecture tailored for contemporary African lifestyles.
Prince's broader vision extends beyond constructing buildings. His focus is on building enduring systems, investment-grade communities, strategic partnerships, and development platforms capable of performing across market cycles while shaping the future of urban living in Africa.

Farouq currently serves as the Non-Executive Director, Capital & Portfolio Advisory at Blackwall Developers under Blackwall Group, where he plays a strategic role in capital sourcing, investment structuring, project financing, and institutional advisory for the company's real estate and branded development initiatives.
His work focuses on connecting strategic capital with high-value residential and infrastructure opportunities while supporting long-term portfolio growth and financial positioning across the group.
Farouq began his active wealth management career at Cowry Asset Management Limited as a Relationship Manager, managing equity portfolios alongside client advisory and liquidity management functions. He has also served in business development and capital markets functions across the Nigerian financial sector.

Over 31 years of distinguished, multi-disciplinary experience spanning legal services, banking and finance, corporate governance, and public service — a strategic cornerstone for asset protection, regulatory compliance, and structural integrity across Blackwall's luxury developments.
Barrister Sunday Idoko brings over three decades of multi-disciplinary experience to the Board of Blackwall Developers. As Non-Executive Director for Legal Advisory / Risk, his expertise ensures asset protection, regulatory compliance, and robust structural integrity for all of Blackwall's high-yield, luxury real estate developments.
Throughout his career, Barrister Idoko has successfully navigated complex regulatory environments and high-stakes financial landscapes. He spent 12 impactful years in the banking sector, concluding his banking career with Ecobank Nigeria Plc.
He currently drives strategic growth as the Chief Operating Officer at Misterich Limited, and leads high-level corporate law initiatives as the Principal Partner at Idoko, Ejeh & Associates.
